HULA Career Intelligence (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides career coaching services supported by an AI-powered platform designed to help professionals improve their CV, LinkedIn profile, and job search strategy.
By using our website, booking a consultation, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our Services
We offer:
- 1:1 career coaching services
- Access to the HULA Career Intelligence platform
- Tools to analyse CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and job applications
- Guidance on job search strategy, networking, and interviews
The exact scope of services depends on the plan you choose.
3. No Job Guarantee
We do not guarantee that you will get a job.
Our role is to provide guidance, tools, and strategies to improve your chances of success. Your results depend on your background, market conditions, and how you apply the process.
4. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Use the platform and coaching services in good faith
- Take responsibility for your own job search actions and decisions
You are responsible for how you apply any advice or recommendations provided.
5. Payments
All payments must be made in full before access to services is provided, unless otherwise agreed.

- Subscription-based
- Billed monthly
- Includes ongoing access to the HULA platform during the active subscription
Career Transformation Programme
- Tailored programme
- Pricing is agreed after consultation
- Includes a defined coaching scope and 3 months of platform access
6. Cancellations
Guided Strategy Plan
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Career Transformation Programme
As this is a tailored service, cancellation terms are agreed before the programme starts.
Once the programme has begun, refunds are generally not provided unless otherwise agreed.
7. Refund Policy
We aim to deliver high-quality services.
Due to the nature of coaching and digital services:
- Refunds are not guaranteed
- Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis

8. Access to the Platform
Access to the HULA Career Intelligence platform is included depending on your plan:
- Guided Strategy Plan: access is available while your subscription is active
- Career Transformation Programme: includes 3 months of access
After this period, continued access may be offered for an additional fee.
We reserve the right to update or improve the platform at any time.
9. Use of AI Tools
Our platform uses AI to analyse CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and job applications.
These tools provide recommendations and insights, but:
- They are not guaranteed to be error-free
- They are intended to support, not replace, professional judgment
All decisions based on these insights remain your responsibility.
10. Intellectual Property
All content provided by HULA, including:
- Coaching materials
- Platform features
- Documents and templates
is owned by HULA Career Intelligence.
You may use these for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or resell them without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any job search outcomes
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on our advice or platform insights
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Our services are provided to support your career development, not to guarantee results.
