Career coaching in Ireland
for people who want a real plan, not motivation

One to one coaching with a human who knows how hiring works in Ireland. We fix your positioning, your Irish CV and LinkedIn, your interview answers and the weekly routine behind them, then we keep you accountable until you land.

No payment, no card. You see the plan before you decide anything.

Who we coach in Ireland

You are relocating to Ireland

You have the experience but not the Irish context: how CVs are read here, which employers sponsor, what recruiters expect in a first call.

You are stuck in the same role

Applications go nowhere, interviews stall at the final round, or you are underpaid compared to the market and unsure how to move.

You are changing career or sector

Your experience is strong but it does not read as relevant yet. We reposition the story so hiring managers connect the dots quickly.

You are back after a break

Parental leave, relocation, redundancy or burnout. We rebuild confidence and a search plan that does not eat your whole week.

What the coaching covers

Every plan is built around your situation, but the work usually moves through these four blocks. Sessions are online, one to one, and recorded if you want to go back over them.

  1. 1

    Career strategy session

We map where you are, where the market actually has demand in Ireland, and the shortest realistic path between the two. You leave with a target list of roles, sectors and companies.

  2. 2

    CV and LinkedIn rebuild

Your CV rewritten in the Irish format recruiters expect, tuned for ATS keywords without sounding like a robot, plus a LinkedIn profile that gets found by recruiters searching in Dublin, Cork and Galway.

  3. 3

    Interview preparation

Competency questions, salary conversations and the awkward ones about visas, gaps or relocation. We practise them out loud until the answers stop feeling rehearsed.

  4. 4

    Job search system

A weekly routine that mixes applications, direct outreach and referrals, so you stop firing CVs into portals and hoping. This is where most of the results come from.

What you walk away with

  • A CV an Irish recruiter recognises in the first 8 seconds
  • A clear target list instead of applying to everything
  • Interview answers you can deliver without a script
  • Language for the sponsorship or visa conversation
  • A salary number you can say out loud with evidence
  • A weekly plan that fits around a full time job

Human coaching, AI where it helps

We are not anti AI. We use it for drafts, keyword matching and research, and we teach you to use it properly so your CV does not sound generated. The judgement calls, the positioning and the hard conversations stay human, because that is what actually moves hiring decisions in Ireland.

Career coaching in Ireland: FAQ

What does a career coach in Ireland actually do?

A career coach helps you decide what you are aiming for, then builds the practical assets and routine to get there: positioning, CV, LinkedIn, interview preparation and a weekly search plan. We do not apply to jobs for you. We make sure that when you apply, the odds are dramatically better.

How much does career coaching cost in Ireland?

In Ireland most one to one career coaching sits between roughly €80 and €200 per session, with packages running higher. HULA starts with a free 30 minute consultation so you can see the plan before you pay for anything.

Is a career coach worth it?

It is worth it when the thing blocking you is strategy, positioning or confidence rather than qualifications. If you are getting interviews but no offers, or no interviews at all despite strong experience, coaching usually pays for itself in one salary negotiation or a few weeks of shortened search.

Do you work with people who are not in Ireland yet?

Yes. A large part of our work is with professionals in Brazil, Portugal and elsewhere preparing to move to Ireland or the UK. Sessions are online, and we cover work permits, sponsorship and how to run the search from abroad.

Do you only work in Dublin?

Coaching is online, so we work with people in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick and anywhere else in Ireland, as well as clients in the UK, Portugal and Brazil.

How is this different from an AI CV tool?

AI is excellent at drafts and keywords and we use it every day. It cannot tell you which of your two career paths is the better bet, it cannot read the room in a final round, and it cannot hold you accountable. That is the human part, and it is the part that changes outcomes.

How long does it take to see results?

Most people see interview rates change within two to six weeks of fixing positioning and CV. A full career move in Ireland typically takes two to four months, longer if you also need an employment permit.
