Which should I use first if I am moving to Ireland?+

Do the companies in the sponsor database guarantee sponsorship?+
No. The database shows employers that have successfully sponsored permits before, which means they know the process and are far more likely to do it again. It is not a promise that any one of them will sponsor you.
